Unsubscribe Instructions

We're sorry to see you go!

To unsubscribe from One Spirit emails, click any "Unsubscribe" link embedded at the end of every email we send. This will open a pre-filled form with our email provider to select or stop our emails. 

Subscribing to One Spirit news & inspiration
  1. Click the "Next >" button below to be automatically redirected to our email system.  
  2. Confirm your name, email address, and the emails you wish to receive 
  3. Submit that form.
  4. Check your email and click the confirmation link. 
Changing Subscription Options

To change your name or the lists you subscribe to:
  1. Click the "Preferences" link embedded at the end of any newsletter we send. 
  2. Review the pre-filled form and make any necessarycorrections.
To change your email address: you'll need to stop your current subscription and resubscribe with your new email address. 
  1. Click any "Unsubscribe" link embedded at the end of every email we send. This will open a pre-filled form with our email provider to stop messages to your prior email address.
  2. Click the "Next >" button below to Resubscribe using your new email address. 
We're sorry you're having difficulty receiving our emails!
There are a couple of reasons why this may be, so we are going to walk you through the most common reasons and provide you remedies! 
 
First things first: please check your email "Spam" folder
Some email systems automatically file newsletters like ours into Spam. If you find our emails in your spam folder, please whitelist our email address so that your email service knows that we aren't spammers! 


Now please try this: check your email "Promotions" folder
Some email systems automatically filter newsletters like ours into a Promotions folder.

Remedy: please configure your email service to place our emails in your main box.
  • For Gmail, just drag our email to the "Primary" tab, and on the bottom left pop-up notification, click Yes to move all future emails from One Spirit to "Primary." 
  • For other email services: please consult your service's help page. 

When all else fails: Resubscribe!
It's possible that you are unsubscribed or accidentally dropped from our list. There are a few reasons this could happen without you knowing. 
  • clicking the "unsubscribe" link by accident
  • forwarding our email to a friend who then clicks the "unsubscribe" link,  unsubscribing YOU from our emails
  • you haven't opened our emails in a long time
  • you changed your email address
  • your email service provider thought we were spam and submitted an unsubscribe request on your behalf
Remedy: Click here to resubscribe to our email list
