Workshops

The 2025/26 workshop series at One Spirit is rooted in applied spirituality—where inner transformation meets outer action. This year, we focus on how spiritual practices, values, and presence can be actively engaged in the work of justice, healing, and collective liberation.

Through experiential learning, students will deepen their understanding of global movements and gain practical tools to become more effective, embodied, and ethical change agents. These workshops are designed for those who are ready to move beyond conversation and into conscious, compassionate action.
