Calling All Class Leads: Become a Community Weaver

Dear Graduates of One Spirit Learning Alliance,

As I think about the year ahead, I’ve been holding a central question:

How do we sustain and deepen One Spirit’s sense of community—especially when we need it most?

I believe the answer lies in the hearts of people like YOU!

I’d love to invite you to become one of 2–3 Class Leads for your cohort—a small group of inspired peers who will help coordinate campaigns, service projects, and communications that keep our community connected and grounded.

This isn’t about doing more—it’s about weaving together the energy already present in your graduating class and channeling it with intention. You’d be part of a small leadership circle across class years, with light quarterly support and collaboration.

What You Will Do:

  • Keep your class in the know

  • Support service projects and community campaigns

  • Share key updates from One Spirit

  • Uplift your cohort through simple, meaningful connection

This isn’t a heavy lift. It’s a chance to be a steady thread in the weaving of something deeply needed: a connected, resilient, Spirit-led community.

How to Join!

If this resonates with you, I’d love to talk more. We’re hoping to identify leads in the next 3 weeks so we can roll out this year’s affiliation plans with heart and clarity.

If interested, please fill out the form below!

With love and deep gratitude,

Courtney Bryant

CEO
