In service to One Spirit’s dedication to fostering a vibrant, inclusive learning community, we are excited to announce that Rev. Nikki Happi, will now focus on community engagement. Nikki is a graduate of One Spirit’s Interspiritual Companioning & Counseling program and has been an integral part of our staff, working among a multitude of capacities and departments for the past 4½ years. In her new position of Director of Community Development, Nikki will play a strategic role in organizing and nurturing a "community of communities" that aligns with One Spirit's vision and mission.

Building on Nikki’s rich history of connecting with students, graduates, partners, and the public, this new role will leverage her skills in communication, facilitation, and project management through community stewardship, event production, storytelling, volunteer engagement, and other sacred service initiatives.

Her efforts will also be critical to cultivating connections among our graduates and enhancing One Spirit’s collaboration with its growing roster of affinity groups such as One Spirit in Action.

This strategic focus on community development by appointing Nikki is expected to strengthen the organization's ability to serve its community effectively and fulfill its mission of nurturing a flourishing network of connected individuals and groups.
