Come explore and deepen your higher purpose through an unconventional approach. With a style that is part snarky and part sweet, award-winning author Sarah Bowen offers insights and practices from a wide range of traditions—from Taoism to Jediism to yoga to science. Rather than relying on adherence to a specific belief system, Spiritual Rebel will encourage seekers to clarify the beliefs that are personally meaningful, redefine outdated concepts, mix and match practices, experience connection, and ask curious questions. During this creative, interactive workshop, you will:
- Learn about new trends in modern spirituality
- Dig in to release old beliefs that may no longer fit you
- Deepen your own spiritual path with other spiritual rebels
- Experience new ways to connect with a higher power or higher perspective
- Seed a plan to extend your higher purpose more fully into your life
- Discover how to share these insights and practices with others in your spiritual community or professional practice
Introducing unconventional spiritual practices—including virtual forest bathing, yawning, cat-gazing, and sacred crashing to name just a few—this workshop helps not only seekers but also agnostics, atheists, and the spiritual-but-not-religious curate their own personal spiritual path to deeper perspective and higher purpose. Whether you are at the beginning of your spiritual journey, a dedicated spiritual all-star, or desire to expand your tools for working with others, you will experience new ways to inspire the Force within you, by whatever name you call it. Hang on, it’s going to be quite a ride.
